The All-New
Fresh Food Fast: 200+ Incredibly
Flavorful 5-Ingredient 15-Minute Recipes
(Cooking Light)
I don't really think
of fresh food as containing microwaved
rice, a precooked chicken from your
grocery store, precut onions, canned veg,
etc. So I think they mean fresh as in
'not fast food'. If you do use the not so
fresh ingredients, most of the recipes
fulfill the 15 minutes. Some did extend
to 30. |

unique combination of basic cooking
know-how, excellent recipes--from apple
pie to beurre blanc--and reference
source. She makes the science of cooking
entirely comprehensible, then livens it
up with stories, such as when her first
roast duck blew up because she
overstuffed it and the fat from the bird
caused it to expand beyond capacity |
